From there you can either take a Taxi/Uber (ca. 15€) or take the metro:
take the E line to Estádio do Dragão and exit on the Trindade station. Switch to the D line to Santo Ovídio and exit on the São Bento station. Walk down Rua Mouzinho da Silveira until you get to Rua do Infante D. Henrique (750 meters). Then turn left to get to Rua dos Mercadores
You can either go directly to São Bento Station. Or you go to Campanha main station, and take a metro to São Bento station
